Develop the research skills needed to explore challenging questions and ideas and to think critically about the information at your fingertips.
In this 2 hour workshop students will:
- tour the amazing Mitchell Library
- view original collection items
- develop inquiry questions
- analyse a variety of sources and much more.

HT3-5 applies a variety of skills of historical inquiry and communication
Stage 4 – NSW Syllabus for the Australian Curriculum - History
HT4-5 identifies the meaning, purpose and context of historical sources
HT4-6 uses evidence from sources to support historical narratives and explanations
HT4-8 locates, selects and organises information from sources to develop an historical inquiry
HT4-9 uses a range of historical terms and concepts when communicating an understanding of the past
Available during term time.
Cost is $230 for groups up to 15, $355 for 16 – 30 students.
