Printing and Copying

You will need a Library card or a copy card to use the self-service printers and copiers on both floors of the Governor Marie Bashir Reading Room and the Special Collections area in the Mitchell Library Reading Room. You will need to speak to staff before copying material from the Library's special collections.
Both cards are available at service points in the reading rooms. Credit can then be added to your Library card or copy card at one of the reading rooms kiosks.
Kiosks are located on both floors of the Governor Marie Bashir Reading Room, as well as in the Special Collections area of the Mitchell Library Reading Room.
Change cannot be provided
The kiosk accepts:
all Australian denominations, except 5c coins and $100 notes
all major credit and debit cards (except American Express). Cards must have a built-in ‘chip’.
How to print
You can print from your own device via the Library’s free 'State Library of NSW' wi-fi.
